Very often I get call from people asking what the fees are for a home inspection. I also hear many people complain that I didn't post a schedule of fees on my website.
My reasoning for not posting the fees was that it gave me a chance to interact with the prospective client and therefore increase my chances of securing the inspection appointment.
Recently however, people are increasingly making their decisions solely on price. In order to keep you from wasting your time calling looking for price quotes here they are:
Basic Inspection: $330
Over 50 years old: add $30
Over 3000 square feet: add $30
Printed Report: add $15
Same Day Report: add $100
Multi unit or commercial property - please call.
*HST will be added to all fees.
